In order to provide spaces for as many park users as possible, Fairmount Park Commission has recently entered into an agreement with the Philadelphia Parking Authority (PPA) to establish and enforce the following parking regulations through monitoring and ticketing.

• Water Works Drive (Kelly Drive to the Italian Fountain and the adjacent 27 car parking lot) – 2 hour parking limit; 6:00 am – 10:00 pm, Monday – Sunday
   
• Italian Fountain – valet parking only; 11:00 am – 11:00 pm, Monday – Sunday
   
• Kelly Drive (Water Works Drive to the end of Boathouse Row) – 3 hour parking limit; 6:00 am – 10:00 pm, Monday – Sunday.
   
• Sedgley Drive – There will be NO regulations on parking along Sedegley Drive from Kelly Drive up to Lemon Hill Drive (and beyond).  This will provide parking with no time restrictions and no enforcement for park users who need more than 3 hours.  Users may park along Sedegley Drive for any length of time and safely cross Kelly Drive at the stop light in front of Lloyd Hall.

The existing 12 hour loading zones at both ends of Kelly Drive will be retained, but remarked with signs indicating 12 hour zones for boat loading only in order to clarify their intended use. You will note that, although the utilization study indicated that the average time on Kelly Drive was less than 2 hours, we are permitting parking for up to 3 hours. Additionally, the spaces contained within the pull-off area located in front of the lighthouse will not be subject to the 3 hour maximum. Instead, these spaces will be signed for authorized vehicles only. It is our intent that these spaces will be available for any tenants or employees on Boathouse Row who legitimately need parking for greater than 3 hours.
