Your team’s registration entitles you to 3 practice sessions.

By Tuesday, July 6, 2010, you must have:

1. Paid the full registration fee
2. Electronically signed waivers for EVERY team member to date
3. Submitted the roster of all team members online to date
4. Scheduled your team practices

If the information is not received by Monday, July 5, 2010, the practice will be cancelled without the option of rescheduling.

Practice Information

• Practice Safety, Drills, and Strategy
• Practice sessions are held on the Schuylkill River at the National Racing Course on Kelly Drive at Lloyd Hall, end of Boathouse Row.  Click here for directions.
   
• All equipment, including dragon boats, paddles and PFDs (life jackets) will be provided by the Organizers.
• Each participant will be required to wear a PFD during all practice sessions and races.  
• Practice sessions are 1 hour in length; 2 teams per time slot.
• Be aware of forecast weather conditions during practices and on Race Day.  Your steersperson and/or launch driver are responsible for making the decision to cancel a practice due to inclement weather.  Those practices cannot be made up.
